Eterpan MD is an architectural board so versatile that it is possible to fabricate almost anything from it. Being tough and durable, it can be used virtually everywhere - from under roofs to under floors, and almost everywhere in between - thanks to its truly remarkable properties.
Eterpan MD is an asbestos-free reinforced mineral flat sheet. It is autoclaved in its manufacturing process thus making it tough, durable, dimensionally stable and, most importantly, easy-to-work. Eterpan MD production, certified ISO 14001, is environmentally friendly and under the factory's ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System you can expect consistent quality. | |

Dimensionally stable and thus superbly smooth, flat and level, Eterpan MD is perfect for both flush and exposed system ceilings. Its moisture resistant characteristics also give it the added advantage of suitability for ceilings in external locations, entrance canopies or even semi-exposed ceilings.
The high 1,300kg/m3 density of Eterpan MD gives it a high degree of strength and impact resistance. It is fullly tested to BS 5669. Used in conjunction with steel or timber frame studs, it is ideal for full, mid, low height and even open plan partitions.
Due to its inherent water resistance, Eterpan MD can be used with confidence in most wet application areas … from ceilings to bathrooms and kitchens, roof eaves, fascias and even behind masonry walls.

Eterpan MD's smooth surfaces, high strength and easy-to-work properties open new ways of improving tedious work methods, especially in linings. While providing a problem-free seamless way to finish the wall, the cavities formed between the Eterpan MD lining and masonry wall can be used to convey and conceal all kinds of building services. The best benefit is accessibility for future repairs and farewell to messy hacking.
Density, smoothness and high strength are the properties which make Eterpan MD a good choice for use in underlays … either under flooring or under roofs. Its generally good acoustic qualities simply expand the range of its applications. |
